Hi Jonna,

I also wrote a dissertation that had conflict as one of its cornerstones.
One of my chapters was dedicated to examining online learning community
conflict through the lens of activity theory. I'm working on turning it into
a journal article now, in fact.

Give me a shout if you're interested in seeing the chapter.
