great! i guess portraying me as a 'conspiracy
theorist' would trivialize the issue i am speaking
for. actually, if you are attending the AOIR
conference this fall, you can ask my instructors that
question.

i know life is full of risk. it is very convenient to
say that atop the "ivory towers'. i am sure people
would be happy to risk going on a rendition flight to
cuba/poland than taking a course on cyberlaw &
copyright.  

i rest my case.
