[Air-l] What are the "model" online courses delived 100% online?

This can't easily be answered without knowing a bit more about the  
course. What subject is it in? Maths, cultural studies. history, a  
language? What are you trying to assess? (Grasp of basic concepts,  
memorised facts, critical thinking, ability to problem solve...?) The  
answers to these questions will help to focus your range of options  
immediately.

I'm not sure what a 'valid' course is, nor what you're intending to  
use as your measure of 'reliability'.

Assessment is part of the curriculum, and can't really be considered  
apart from the content of the course.
