I just stumbled upon this while going through the UK's policy  
networks related to internet stuff (stuff is clearly a technical term  
from policy discourse...)  anyway they have a ton of downloadable  
books many related to the internet (many being somewhat more than 2)   
including one on internet ethics in africa... so I thought i'd share  
the url.
