those are good questions. at this point i am only your humble reporter 
describing what happened in a seminar filled mostly with senior journalism 
major several who write for the campus paper. 
it could well be that work-play segregation was taking place in their 
minds. i suspect unconsciously if so. i can ask and will in person on 
monday, but i doubt that they are aware.

remember i offered delicious, oral reports, and wiki updates. that was the 
extent of my coaching. they suggested Ning, Blackboard and Twitter.

before in class, FB and MySpace were mentioned as was blogger and blog 
aggregators

i'd be curious to hear what other come up with at their schools. 

also not mentioned second life.
