Dear Colleagues
Mobile Government Consortium International is organising the Third
European Conference (EURO mGOV 2008) for September 2008.
As the public sector is an essential part of mobile government
applications and services, the key feature of the EURO mGOV 2008 is
the mGovernment summit. This summit aims to share, disseminate and
promote experiences of mobile government initiatives and, also, to
establish strong links among various mGov projects in the world.
We are therefore inviting high level public sector professionals from
various countries as panel members or speakers for this session. These
representatives typically may either be actively involved in and/or
have in depth knowledge of eGovernment/mGovernment projects in their
respective countries. They may also be decision and policy makers.
Researchers who are active in field of IS for the public sector are
also welcome.
I am enclosing information about the summit below.
Sincerely,
kushchu

-------
At present, mobile government projects are being implemented in
numerous countries and regions worldwide. These implementations often
focus on similar, if not the same, problem areas, and produces similar

Therefore, there is a need for increased efficiency, cost reduction

alliances among mobile government projects.
In this summit, the EURO mGOV 2008 aims to bring together the
