Hey Bill,

What do you mean by 'social implications'? Do you mean the impact of surveys
done on what people contribute online?

Ellen Helsper and I at the OII are putting together a panel focused  
on survey research on Internet use and its social implications. We  
invite national studies, like OxIS, but other empirically anchored  
surveys of use would be welcomed as well. Contact  
surveys at oii.ox.ac.uk or me with specific proposals.
