[Air-L] history of the internet in australia

There are a couple of chapters in _Virtual Nation: The Internet in
Australia_ edited by Gerard Googin (UNSW Press, 2004) on the history of the
internet in Australia.  I guess they're a little old now, but the beginnings
are all covered, at least.
