[Air-L] Technology and authority: Graduate programs

I remember wanting to apply to GLIS a year ago before coming to England.
However, I was not aware that there were a number of Internet Researchers in
that department as well (Communication departments seem to be much more
common!)

Maybe I'll have to check it out again...
