[Air-L] Research on One Laptop per Child

Hello All:
I need to pick your brains!  I am a doctoral student (Howard University) mass communication and media studies program and very interested in the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) laptops for education for developing countries albeit lately, it is being introduced in developed countries as well.  I am thinking of managable and viable ways of conducting a research on the topic.  Any suggestions????  I'm currently thinking along the lines of many discontinued countries.... evaluation?  assessment? comparative analysis?  Kindly provide your input.  Greatly appreciate it.
