[Air-L] Early registration EuroITV2009 extended to 20 April

EuroITV2009 - 7th European Interactive Television Conference

3, 4 and 5 June in Leuven, Belgium

Early registration for EuroITV2009 has been extended until 20 April  
2009, in order to allow workshop and iTV in industry participants to  
benefit from the reduced fee. The registration form can be accessed

The organization of EuroITV2009 is in full progress, and most of the  
programme has already been filled. We are proud to announce three  
diverse and excitingkeynote speakers:

- The Connected Home redefines the TV experience by Jan Van Bogaert  
(Alcatel-Lucent)
- The Internet Revolution Will Be Televised by Rich Ezekiel (Yahoo!  
Connected TV)
- Needs, emotions, experience! by Prof. Dr. Marc Hassenzahl (Folkwang  
University Essen)

The following tutorials will be held on Wednesday 3 June 2009:

- User Experience in TV-centric Services: What to consider in the  
Design and Evaluation?
- Standardized IPTV services in Managed IP Infrastructures
- Ambient Media
- How to create an iDTV campaign
- Designing and Evaluating the Sociability of Interactive Television

On the EuroITV2009 website you can find more details about the current  
status of the programme, including the three keynote presentations,  
four workshops, five tutorials, 15 academic full papers and 21  
academic short papers. The accepted posters, demos, doctoral  
consortium papers and iTV in Industry papers will be available on the  
website soon, and we are still expecting submissions for the Arts  
Exhibition (deadline 10 April). For more details, see:
