Hi Everyone,
Below is a call for applications for a Canada Research Chair in Game
Studies and Design at Concordia University in Montreal. We have an
excellent group of scholars and designers from disciplines across fine
arts, arts and science and engineering that have recently come together
to establish the Centre for Technoculture, Art and Games at Concordia.
We are, as they say, poised for growth and there is great energy,
resources and commitment to making game studies and design in the
context of digital culture an interdisciplinary research priority.
I am more than happy to field any questions about what we have going on
in Montreal in this area. Please cross-post this call for applications
to any and all interested folks.
cheers,
Bart
