Thanks for all these suggestions.

Axel:
having something integrated in Firefox will be the perfect solution for us.
Also because we made the data collection using another Firefox
extension called ScrapBook, so we already manage our data with Firefox
.
I will try to play a bit with the extension you suggest and see if it
has the features we are looking for.

Maybe other people in the list know more Firefox extesions that can
serve our scope.


Sharon and Lois:
As Carmen correctly pointed out, ATLAS.ti version 6 (not version 5),
does have the feature of manipulating PDF in native mode.

ATLAS.ti would be indeed the best choice for our goals, the problem is
that the price for a single license is more than 400 Euros.
(100 for student thought), that's why we are looking for possible
suitable alternatives.

We look forward to many more suggestions from the list.
