they have Internet data back to 1990 but not sure of all the cross  
variables available but there are quite a few.

You can find Canada here but this data will not have future funding  
and yes this is a plea to save my job. We should be running the  
Canadian Internet Use Survey 2009 this year but have no money. So data  
is only available from mid 1990's to 2007
