Dear all

I know two projects that have been addressing the issue of homeless and making possible their access and use of internet:
In France, the project "internet de rues", have a look at: http://www.internetderue.net/-Publics-eloignes-.html
Contact the coordinators so they can explain you the initiatives they developped...

Besides, the  NGO Crisis in UK has been doing some actions regarding the use of ICT by homeless, more oriented towards digital 
storytelling, http://www.crisis.org.uk/

I found this issue very interesting, please spread your paper once it is finished,
