Subject: [Air-L] Use of Social Network Sites in Govt and Business

Hi there,

Does anyone know where I can find information about how Government agencies
and/or Businesses are using online social network sites as part of their
communication and marketing strategies.

I would appreciate any links to reports, news articles, example sites,
papers, etc. of any thing you know of.

I'm looking for these in the next couple of hours. Thank you!

Christine
