Maxime Crépel works on folksonomies, especially the way people use  
tags.  We work together on flickr tags with social network analysis  
and have started to look at some streetart flickr groups.
Well, it won't help you much since it's just at its very beginning :)
Anyway we're interested in the answers you will get...
