[Air-L] Change of default reply setting on air-l

Ordinarily, I wouldn't bother commenting on a topic like this, but since
so many people are opposing it, I will express my voice in favor of the
change. I'm not going to bother explaining why--don't want to get into
an argument over this point or that point. I just want the executive
committee to know that there are list participants who agree with the
decision.
