[Air-L] Change of default reply setting on air-l

There were similar situation in other groups that I know. One adopted
to use this line at the top of each message:
[Please note that by using 'REPLY', your response goes to the entire
list. Kindly use individual addresses for responses intended for
specific people]
This may help to reconsider one while posting private response.
