[Air-L] QDAP/Texifter Foul Language List

Calls to my mind Rudmin's observations on data mining - this seems to
be another approach to threat detection which is subject to the same
flaw (too low a number - thankfully - of actual instances of
aggression/violence to extrapolate any pattern in the data).
