having just figured out how to make a wave public.  I have made an  
internet researchers open wave and invited several people to it  
already, but if you would like to find it.

in your wave search box put:  with:public  internet researchers


then scroll down until you find internet researchers with the red panda.

of course there are all kinds of other open waves in with:public that  
might make things worth your while

to make your wave with:public

first add public at a.gwave.com  to your contacts.   it might give you an  
error, but just hit enter and it appears.   then add that identity to  
any wave you want to be public.
