[Air-L] IR 11.0 EXTENDED DEADLINE 28th Feb.

Traditionally, this deadline has been extended, and who am I to break with
such great traditions! This means that the new deadline is 28th of February
2010. I hope this will make up for the fact that the submission site opened
late, and that it will result in a rush of wonderful, interesting
submissions which have all been worked on just a little bit more to reach
the peak of perfection!
