[Air-L] Gender, Sexual Orientation, and Marital Status Questions for a Survey of LGBTQIA Participants

Hello,

I'm crafting a survey for an organization which has a population
containing lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, inter-sexed, queer,
and ally identified participants.

Does anyone on the list have experience surveying these populations?
If so, I'd like to hear your thoughts on the phrasing and response
items for demographic questions related to sexual orientation, gender,
and marital status for these populations. You can e-mail me directly
