[Air-L] Readings on the Google Book case

Dear colleagues,
I'm looking for suggestions for readings summarizing/analyzing the Google Books case and the settlement. In particular, I'm looking for readings that would be accessible to an upper-division (juniors & seniors) undergraduate audience. Bonus points for any readings that touch on the ethics of Google Books.
