[Air-L] Call for Papers: Pacific Telecommunications Council PTC'11

With apologies for inadvertent cross postings.

The Pacific Telecommunications Council has posted its Call for
Papers/Participation for its annual conference, PTC'11, to be held in
Honolulu, HI, January 16-19, 2011.  There are monetary awards for both best
student paper and best paper overall.  This year's program is titled,
"Connecting Life 24/7".  The topics invited are wide ranging.  I invite you
to go to its website and see for yourself.  You are encouraged to share this
information with colleagues and students.  Thank you.
