Learn the basics as well as the new features in the Public Comment Analysis
Toolkit (PCAT). This overview will walk you through loading, searching,
sorting and coding text data in PCAT. We will look at thousands of blog
posts, emails to government, extracted PDFs, and the infamous, meta
data-rich "Afghan War Diaries" from Wikileaks to see how search, tag cloud,
filtering, clustering, and various forms of automation can make handling 10s
or 100s of thousands of documents easier.
