Title: Communication and Information Technology Economist
 
Academic Rank: Assistant professor (tenure-system), 9 month basis  
 
Position Location: College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and College of Communication Arts and Sciences
 
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with past experience.
 
Qualifications: Candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. in agricultural economics, economics, or related field (with significant training and/or research in communication technologies and/or services), or a Ph.D. in communication and information studies and technologies or related field (with significant training/and or research in economics). Research experience in Africa, Asia, or Latin America is also highly desirable. Foreign language skills are an asset.
