[Air-L] Visiting professor opportunity at UBC School of Journalism

A reminder that there is less than a month to apply for a visiting professor opportunity at the Graduate School of Journalism, University of British Columbia, in Vancouver.

We are accepting applications from candidates with distinguished professional journalism experience for a one-term visiting professorship for the 2011-12 school year.

Candidates with teaching experience and/or an advanced degree are strongly preferred. The visiting professorship is made possible by an endowment from Canwest Global Communications Corp.

The school is an innovative graduate program, with core strengths in digital, international, public policy, science and environment journalism, located at the Vancouver campus of the University of British Columbia, a major research institution ranked in the top 35 of its peers globally.

The deadline for applications is February 15, 2011.
