Early-bird registration is now open until August 31st.

To register: If you already have an account with the ConfTool<https://www.conftool.net/aoir-ir12/> system, log in to ConfTool<https://www.conftool.net/aoir-ir12/>, choose "Register as Participant" from the menu, and follow the instructions. If you don't have an account with the ConfTool<https://www.conftool.net/aoir-ir12/> system, choose the option of "Create account and register for conference", and follow the instructions.

Conference Banquet

IR-12 will culminate with an banquet on the evening of Thursday, October 13. This year the banquet will be held on the Royal Argosy cruise<http://www.argosycruises.com/royalargosy/default.cfm>. Conference banquet tickets cost $55 each, and guests are encouraged to attend. Additional guest banquet tickets may be purchased for $55 per guest. More information about the conference banquet will be posted soon.

Additional Fees

A printed conference program may be purchased for $5 per guest.
