Um, non-US original Wikipedians (OWs?) like Angela Beesley?
The Korean blogger who blogged about economics, caused a major government crisis and was arrested a couple years ago?
Bloggers from Iran, Egypt, etc who have been criticising their regimes and jailed?
...
