Dear Colleagues--

One of the students in our professional writing program is writing an 
article on social networking and its uses in professional/technical 
communication.  She has found many resources for its use in marketing 
but none in professional/technical communication.  She would like to 
know if any of you have conducted research with regard to social 
networking and technical communication or if you have knowledge of such 
research.
