> * A track record concerning participation in Organising

> * Proven experience in Web-related standardisation activities
>  (including W3C) as both author and editor.
> * A proven ability to educate undergraduate and postgraduate
>  students through University lectures and daily supervision, as
>  well as peer researchers through tutorials in high-class
>  conferences, such as ISWC, WWW or SemTech.
> * Evidence of participation in research grant acquisition
>  (national and international, from public bodies or from industry)
>  and the ability to help lead a research team.
> * Industrial experience if possible, plus the ability to
>  collaborate with industry partners, and a strong commitment to
>  future industrial engagements.
> * Excellent interpersonal communication and scientific writing
