Hi Anna,

VOSON (Virtual Observatory for the Study of Online Networks) will do
what you want. It is available as both a web application (VOSON
System) and a plugin to NodeXL (http://nodexl.codeplex.com) which is
an Excel 2007/2010 template for social network analysis. Information
about the tools and research can be found here:
http://voson.anu.edu.au. We are now signing up accounts here:
http://www.uberlink.com.

Other commonly-used web crawlers that I'm aware of are SocSciBot
(http://socscibot.wlv.ac.uk/) and Issuecrawler
(https://www.issuecrawler.net/)
