Before anyone considers publishing in IJCIT I would look at the 'Payment and Fees' section. Here is a direct quote: 

The author(s) are charged a publication fee $100 upto 8 pages for their accepted articles . The author(s) are permitted to submit additional pages if they are willing to pay the charge of $10 per page for extra pages.

You will also find numerous grammatical errors on the website and reviewers return your work after 2 weeks. I am afraid this is part of the unfortunate rise of bogus/scam online journals. Academics beware...
