Hi Natalie and others,
Thanks for your reply. I appreciate it. Natalie, the link you gave me
isn't working, but I guess, you were trying to share this paper:

Lewis, K., Kaufman, J., Gonzalez, M., Wimmer, A., & Christakis, N.
(2008). Tastes, ties, and time: A new social network dataset using
Facebook.com. /Social Networks/, /30/(4), 330-342.
doi:10.1016/j.socnet.2008.07.002

I already know about it, but thanks anyway. What I was looking for, for
instance, how people have developed their links in Facebook feature by
self-reporting (how X met with Y in real life). Some of this data of
students has been mentioned in:

Mayer, A., & Puller, S. L. (2008). The old boy (and girl) network:
social network formation on university campuses. /Journal of Public
Economics/, /92/, 329-347.

If there are similar studies please share.

Currently I am exploring the Facebook project (thefacebookproject.com)
to find relevant material.

Thanks!

Best Regards.
