I am also interested in the connectivity issues on a worldwide bases and
would be interested in your results. You are doing important work in an
increasingly significant area. Pual budde and  don cameron from Australia
know a lot from Australia and should be a good source of information.. Let
me know about your results or further information. I am also forwarding
this to the Association for Internet researchers who may also be of help.
