Sorry I guess I should read more carefully. I though you wanted privacy
readings.

You can give this short paper from the Harvard Law Review.
The Right To Privacy by Samuel Warren and Louis D. Brandeis Originally
published in 4 Harvard Law Review 193 (1890)

http://www.law.louisville.edu/library/collections/brandeis/node/225

I noted in my own studies how photography a new technology in 1890 brought
privacy to the Supreme court. The Net also brings cases.

If your goal with the students is to introduce them to privacy then from my
undergraduate legal studies reader here is Thomas Halper, Privacy and
autonomy: From Warren and Brandeis to Roe and Cruzan (1996) Journal of
Medicine and Philosophy 121 at 121 -34. Swets and Zeitinger publishers.
http://jmp.oxfordjournals.org/content/21/2/121.short

There are many more like this in legal studies. Privacy is law topic for
sure. The net is just another flavour to put in the cone.

Folks,
I am looking for a reading on piracy to assign to my class this semester and
I am infinitely conflicted. It is an introductory class. Last year I
assigned sections of Lessig's Free Culture, this year I want to assign
something else because I'll also be assigning Lessig's other work. Does
anyone have any ideas/suggestions? Thank you in advance :)
