You will have a clear focus on both the development of your own research and the development of interdisciplinary networks, funding bids and research strengths. Accordingly, the post will carry a lighter teaching load and minimal administrative responsibilities during the first three years; you will teach 50% of a normal load in the first two years, scaling up to 75% in the third year.
