Might be worth keeping an eye on Methods at Manchester. The timetable is a bit thin at the moment, but there tend to be regular courses over the year. The website has quite a lot of previous presentations and resources stored on it too. I undertook a Researching Social Media workshop there and have seen social network analysis courses, so they definitely cover the sort of training you're looking for.
