Dear colleagues,

On behalf of Professors Insung Jung and Teruyoshi Sasaki of the International Christian University, Japan (principal investigators), I would like to invite you to participate in a study funded by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) that is aimed at developing and validating a set of quality and pedagogical guidelines for the use of Open Educational Resources (OER) in higher education.

It would be most greatly appreciated if you could spare approximately 10 minutes of your time to complete an online survey, accessible at the following URL:

http://www.surveyshare.com/s/AYASQ5D

The survey will be kept open to accept responses until October 30, 2013. The principal investigators will share results of the survey with respondents upon request.

Please direct any questions you may have about the study in general, or about the survey in particular, to Professor Jung at isjung at icu.ac.jp . Would you also be so kind as to share this information with others who you think may be interested in and able/willing to participate?

Thank you very much in advance for lending your time, experience and expertise to this important and exciting project!

Kind regards,

Mark J. W. Lee
