[Air-L] Online focus group?

Does anyone know of any articles that address using a web discussion board/forum (a private one of course) as a focus group tool? Specifically, I intend a one time board that is only set up and used for a focus group with invitees. I am also looking for a good discussion board service that would useful as a focus group type instrument.
