You could use NVivo for this. http://www.qsrinternational.com/products_nvivo.aspx

Not everyone likes it, but I've found it pretty easy to use so far.
Also, because it's  one of the most popular tools for content analysis, there's good support, from users and the company that make it, including workshops, videos, webinars and quick answers to queries.
