Dear Roderick Graham,

On the CFP link, it says:

"Please visit the Instructions for Authors page before submitting a
manuscript. The Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in this
open access journal is 500 CHF (Swiss Francs)."

You have mentioned on your previous email that there isn't a fee for
publishing in that journal. Is the APC something different?
