communications and telecoms industries to grow, while protecting the
interests of citizens', on Aug 6 2014 the UK Govt. issued a RFC - *Digital
Communications Infrastructure Strategy consultation

It is now closed, and the results are yet to be published. But even so, it
provides a good rundown on the state of infrastructure play in merrie old,
and has some nice graphics, such as Annex D
