Open Position: Teaching Digital Artist-in-Residence
Department of Communication and Media Studies, Fordham University

Fordham University, The Jesuit University of New York, invites applications
for the Teaching
Digital Artist-in Residence in its Department of Communication and Media
Studies to
commence September 1, 2015.

The position is for one year (with the possibility of renewal), teaching
three courses each
semester. For Fall 2015, the Digital Artist-in-Residence would teach three
classes at our Rose
Hill Bronx campus: Social Media, Digital Audio Production, and Digital
Design for New Media.
In the Spring, the Artist-in-Residence would also teach in the New Media
and Digital Design
program at our Lincoln Center campus.

For this appointment, we seek a talented educator and digital media
practitioner with a record of
achievement in creating interactive, immersive, and engaging digital media.
Candidates with
specializations in data analysis and visualization, interactive graphics,
creative social media,
multimedia art, digital video production, digital audio production, and/or
multimedia storytelling
are welcome to apply.
