Agreed, by all means.
Will be back with a new iteration in another day or two. Happily, there has
been a lot to take on board between the suggestions here and an especially
fruitful FB thread hosted by André Brock - but obviously a lot to digest
and attempt to take on board.
Indeed, I have seriously proposed a multi-authored chapter ...
More soon in any event - but again, many thanks to all, most recently Becky
and Andrew for new injections and inspiration.
