> Saldanha (IBICT and UNIRIO). The dossiê will welcome articles discussing
> ethical dilemmas underlying  theories that approach diverse contemporary
> informational practices; scientific regulations on ethics; power and
> epistemic authority; ethics, information, and validation; use of science as
