That's quite the lineup, Joly! It's much appreciated that a live streaming
option has been included.

In case folks might find it of value (or at least amusement), here's The
Economist's technology editor, Ludwig Siegele, tackling this same subject
of updating the Magna Carta for cyberspace, in November of last year:

Though tongue-in-cheek, e.g. "For a trivial offence, such as posting too
many selfies or subtweeting, a free man shall be fined only in proportion
to the degree of his offence...," it yet manages (I think) to capture a
good cross-section of concerns in the subject area, e.g. net neutrality,
privacy vs. NSA revelations, and social norms on the internet. Photoshopped
parchment paper just adds to the effect.
