Thanks for posting this! I don't have references but would also be curious to learn more. One way to reframe your question (if I am understanding it correctly!) may be to ask:
Where can we turn to learn more about the role of TV and/or social media audiences when it comes to Trumpism? Did all the current Twitter followers formerly watch The Apprentice?
