​One thing I will say on this is that one may want to use a Steno service
that has familiarity with Internet terminology, acronyms etc. as they do
build custom dictionaries as they go along.

For instance, CaptionFirst do all the ICANN work​.

Another is that there is world of difference between a rough transcript
that rolls off a steno's fingers and a finished transcript. So allow extra
time/money for proofreading if it is to be published.
